AnnaMaria M. Turano, MBA, is responsible for leading all marketing and branding initiatives for Synzi. She previously was employed by Stratus Video as Vice President of Marketing, and led the effort to separate and rebrand its Telehealth division as the new company, Synzi. Prior to her client-side roles, Turano co-founded MCAworks, a strategic marketing consulting firm advising Fortune 500 companies on developing growth strategies.
A published writer, Turano is the co-author of Stopwatch Marketing: Take Charge of the Time When Your Customer Decides to Buy (Portfolio: 2008), and a featured contributing author to Shopper Marketing (Kogan: 2010; 2012). She has also been featured in Brandweek, AdAge, CBS News, U.S. News & World Report, CNET, Women's Wear Daily, and on First Business TV. Turano has also been an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at New York University, Fordham University, and the University of Tampa. She received both her B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
