The following fees reflect the early bird exhibitor discount, valid until June 12, 2024. Thereafter, fees increase by $100. HCAF members enjoy a 50% discount on exhibition fees (login required for discount redemption). Prospective members are also welcome to exhibit, with reservations available at double the listed fee — or become a member and unlock savings along with a full year of exclusive benefits. Please note that registration for this event is subject to our cancellation, substitution, and payment policies.

Exhibitor Package

The exhibitor package offers a comprehensive array of amenities designed to enhance your presence at HomeCareCon. Priced at $1,250 for HCAF members and $2,500 for prospective members until June 12, 2024, with a subsequent $100 increase, this package includes:

• 8' × 10' booth in a carpeted exhibit hall (electricity not included)
• 6' × 30” table with black skirting, accompanied by two chairs and a wastebasket
• Single-line identification signage (one per booth)
• Pipe and drape (black) for an 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rail
• One (1) complimentary single-day registration, or 50% off one full MainCon registration (separate registration required)
• Recognition in the trade show directory, distributed both online and onsite
• Admittance to the trade show floor for two booth staffers ($275 per additional staffer)
• Attendee registration lists, to be emailed on June 18, July 2, and July 30
• Meals, including access to trade show breaks and breakfast; lunch will be served to exhibitors 60 minutes before attendees

Ancillary booth services such as electricity, monitors, WiFi hard-wire, and booth furniture can be conveniently ordered through our online exhibitor portal. Detailed instructions will be provided in the exhibitor kit following booth reservation.

• 8:00 AM-11:30 AM: Final exhibitor move-in and setup
• 12:20 PM-5:35 PM: Trade show operating hours

Thursday, July 18, 2024

• 8:00 AM-1:30 PM: Trade show operating hours
• 1:30 PM-4:00 PM: Exhibitor breakdown and move out (early breakdown prohibited)
• 3:40 PM-5:10 PM: Sponsored happy hour networking event (optional; additional and separate registration required)
